Most of the recipes pictured here are from our favorite vegan cookbooks, so we can’t publish the recipes without the authors’ permission.

The images that we add of food from cookbooks are here to show non-vegans (pre-gans, hee hee!) what we vegan seat, and also as a resource for vegans to turn to when they would like to see how a recipe in a cookbook that they own or are interested in buying turns out when prepared at home. I also always add cooking and recipe tips based on our experiences in creating these dishes.

The cookbooks shown here are inexpensive and I highly recommend each and every one of them. 🙂
